This project included professional A/E services by EHD and D&K for the renovation of approximately 7,500 square feet of space for mental health counseling offices. The scope of work included a complete reconfiguration and upgrade of the space, replacement of the failed HVAC system, code improvements, and two elevator replacements and improvements. Historical consultation and design for abatement of hazardous materials was also required.

 

Building 4 serves as clinical space for support for Acute and Sub-Acute Psychiatric Units.
