This project was constructed for the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Twin Pines Housing Trust and Bittinger Associates. It consists of 20 low income, supportive housing units in 5 buildings on three sites in two towns in the Upper Valley area. The work included a new 8-unit apartment building, a new 2-unit apartment building and a new 6-unit apartment building. It also includes an existing 4-unit building and an existing historic cape building which were renovated for additional apartments. The design was traditional in nature and simple in appearance.
