This was a total renovation to an existing 26,000 square foot auto dealership. Our design created state of the art interior layouts for the showroom, service areas, and improved a stairway to the existing storage mezzanine, IT room and employee support spaces.

 

The new modern exterior has insulated metal panels over the existing steel framing system, as well as canopies for the new car delivery area. Vermont granite was used for the curbing along the redesigned parking areas. The improvements also include electric/hybrid vehicle charging stations in front of the showroom.

 

The creation of a Service Lane allows customers to drive directly into an enclosed service area out of the weather. Directly adjacent to the service lane are two new customer service desks, the parts department, and a spacious customer lounge with amenities including refreshments and a child’s play area.

 

As part of the renovations we provided additional showroom space, a new sales manager’s office, and administrative space.
