This 26,000 square foot office building was constructed to replace an existing 10,000 square foot facility. The building is designed to accommodate non-clinical mental health services for the community. Designed with efficiency in mind, the envelope is air-sealed and detailed with increased insulation which allows the mechanical systems to be reduced in size. The exterior of the building is visually scaled to provide an inviting and pleasant approach. Interior corridors are color coded to direct clients to their appointed locations.
