EHD was commissioned by the owners to design a new auto dealership located on a site in Hyde Park. The site conditions were extremely difficult and required removal and replacement of several hundred yards of contaminated and unacceptable soil.

The facility included a new showroom, sales space, and a twelve-bay maintenance/repair garage. We also designed a new 2,000 gallon used oil storage system for heating the facility. The thermal envelope of this building was so energy efficient that the oil normally used for this facility was shipped to other dealerships for heating use.
