This project consisted of a 6,000 square foot addition to an existing 6,000 square foot family health center previously designed by EHDanson. The renovations included the expansion of clinical and administrative space for the first and second floors along with an internal stair and elevator to improve access to the services provided at each level of the facility.  Expanding the facility required that the existing facility remain operational during the construction process. Upon completion of the addition, occupants were moved and renovations to the existing facility were completed. This project was designed to meet LEED Silver certification.
