Roy is the Principal of E.H. Danson Associates bringing 25 years of experience
in the design, management and oversight of the company and projects. As
Principal, Roy is involved in the major aspects of each project in the
office, allowing each project manager the ability to apply their skill
and professionalism as they see fit.
Roy also manages several projects in the office as well, including the
6.5 million dollar Caledonia Courthouse Renovation and Addition and several
projects for Charter Communications located in Vermont and Massachusetts.
As an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Roy is licensed
to practice in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

ST. JOHNSBURY, VT
As Principal, Mr. Ward oversees all aspects of the business and the
work of the Senior Project Managers. Mr. Ward also directly manages
several projects as well. Responsibilities include supervision of technical
staff and management of all project phases, beginning with the programmatic/conceptual
design phase and ending with occupancy. Other responsibilities preparing
detailed financial feasibility analyses, and evaluations for ADA compliance.
Current projects include the 6.5 million dollar addition and renovation
to the Caledonia County Courthouse in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY CAMBRIDGE, MA
ADA Facilities Compliance Project Manager responsible for design and
construction of all accessibility related improvements within the 145
building historic campus. Developed accounting and tracking procedures
and policies related to the implementation of the ADA path of travel
and barriers removal. Co-authored a comprehensive barriers removal program
including cost and schedule for implementation for the 9.5 million s.f.
campus.

TELLALIAN ASSOCIATES
BOSTON, MA
Associate position. Responsibilities included client and project management,
project production and CAD system organization and system maintenance.
Primary project types included commercial interiors, retail and institutional
work. Performed multiple building audits and evaluations for ADA compliance.

ADD Inc. ARCHITECTS
CAMBRIDGE, MA
Promoted from Project Architect to Associate responsible directly to
Principal-in-charge in three years. Manager of multiple speculative
commercial, R&D and residential projects up to 18 million dollars
through all phases of project development. Maintained project profitability
and schedule targets. Oversaw specifications, technical detailing competence
and document quality for studio projects

ROTHMAN ROTHMAN & HEINEMAN INC.
BOSTON, MA
Project Architect for health-care related work including ICU, CCU and
Radiation Therapy addition/renovation at Mid-Maine Medical Center. Project
Manager for new MRI addition to Beth Israel Hospital. Other projects
include Emergency Room addition/renovation at Addison Gilbert Hospital
and complete restoration of historic high-rise warehouse to office conversion
in Bostons leather district.

Small Virgin Island architectural firm specializing in renovation projects
and new condominium developments. Responsible for project development
and production. Field supervised and coordinated multiple contractors
through construction phases. Projects ranged from 20,000 to 2.5 million
dollars.
