This project was designed to accommodate the growing professional population in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire. There are 24 clustered condominium units in 7 buildings on a 2.65 acre site arranged around a central community green. The green provides play space, room for stormwater retention and snow storage as well as a location for a central mail station.

The units range in size from 1,250 square feet (2 bed/1-1⁄2 baths) to 1,450 square feet (3 bed/2 bath). The exterior design is a contemporary interpretation of traditional New England architecture and blends comfortably into this traditional suburban neighborhood.

Each unit has an interior one-car garage providing a less urban setting and reducing the visual density of the site.
