Stowe Public Safety
After a couple of attempts, the much needed Public Safety Building was approved by voters in the spring of 2008. EHD is currently refining the design of this 5.7 million dollar facility to include the Fire Department, Mountain Rescue, Rescue Squad and the Police Department. Currently in the local permitting phase, ground breaking is anticipated for spring of 2009.


Newport Area Family Services Center
In response to the growing need for daycare, EHD, in conjunction with NCIC, has continued to work on the design on this important project since 2003. Currently in the permitting phase, this project is expected to begin construction in the spring of 2009.

Norwich University - White Chapel
EHD continues to provide architectural services at Norwich University’s Northfield Campus. We have recently completed renovations to the where renovations for a new band facility were completed as well as improvements to the historic chapel itself.  

Norwich University - Nursing Department Relocation
In addition to the Chapel, we are in the design phase of the Nursing Department’s relocation to the basement of the Engineering/Math/Science Complex. The new state-of-the-art facility will include simulation labs, health assessment and clinical instruction areas. Constuction is expected to begin in the spring of 2009. 

 




Middlesex Fire Station
EHD was selected as the architect to provide design services for the Town of Middlesex. After providing options for design on the town hall site, the Town opted to seek a more suitable location. This project is ready for bond vote. Northeast Kingdom Human Services – St. Johnsbury, Vermont. This 26,000 square foot office building was recently completed. The project provides mental health counseling and support services for the community. The building has been in operation since spring of 2007 and continues to provide efficient and quality space for the valuable services provided.

Thunder Road
EHDanson may be the only architect to support a Thunder Road race car. Driven by our friend, Mike Martin, the number 01 car continues to climb in class and standings. Currently competing in the Street Stocks class Mike finished in fourth place this year.
