Littleton Area Learning Center Formerly known as the Littleton Coin Building, this single story 26,000 square foot facility was renovated to provide space for multiple tenants, including the Center for Lifelong Learning, NH Community Technical College, Northern County Health Consortium, Inc./AHEC and the NH Department of Employment Security. Working with local community development entities, EHD provided a full range of services for the project including meeting with multiple tenants to establish program requirements through construction administration. Accommodating the various tenant requirements also included details to allow conversion of a warehouse-type building into comfortable office and educational space. Program requirements also included provisions for a state-of-the-art video conferencing center to provide distance learning capabilities for the NH Public Service Academy. Back to Projects  |
