Guyor Residence Waterford, Vermont Jim and Kathy were adamant, “We want it to look like a traditional cape from the street!” Set in the historic village of Waterford, Vermont, this was a reasonable and practical requirement. However, there was an expansive view to the mountains on the meadow side. We took the opportunity to provide a two story “great room” opening the view to both the downstairs dining and living area as well as the upstairs bedroom balcony. The round window over the bathroom allows morning light to shine comfortably into the upstairs master bedroom. Back to Projects  |
