Charles Carter Business Resource Center St. Johnsbury/Lyndon Industrial Park, Vermont As an “incubator building”, the CCBRC was designed as a model that would provide space for growing small businesses in northern Vermont. The project is managed by the Northeastern Vermont Development Association and funded through grants under the direction of the US Economic Development Association. The building was designed to include flexible shared office and conference space. Large open warehouse space is provided with the capability to be subdivided into smaller sections allowing a small business room to expand without the need to construct their own facility. As these companies grow they will be provided options for purchasing and developing property within the industrial park for constructing their own facility. Back to Projects  |
