Arthur Wood
CADD Manager

Arthur is our CADD Manager. His responsibilities include, apart from project support, maintaining our electronic network of CAD stations and various other IT functions. In addition, Arthur works with the project managers to prepare documents at all phases of project development including construction documents. Arthur assists in the coordination of consulting documents incorporating the mechanical and electrical requirements into the project.

Employed as a CADD operator for engineering department. Responsibilities included: collecting and creating existing condition documents for state owned buildings. Other responsibilities included creating geographical information maps, and other presentation documents.

(Winter Employment) Employed as an engineering technician. Responsibilities included: gathering information from engineering documents to create an inventory of air movements for HVAC systems.

(Summer Employment) employed as an engineering technician, Responsibilities included creating electronically generated construction documents, property boundary maps, contour maps, assisted in boundary and contour surveys. Other responsibilities included daily inspection and recording of the reconstruction of Main Street in Caribou, ME.
